Breathwork

Breathwork is a type of therapy that uses breathing exercises to promote healing and personal growth. It is based on the belief that the breath is a powerful force that can be used to change our physical, emotional, and mental states.

Breathwork can be used for a variety of purposes, including:

Breathwork can be done in a group setting or with a one-on-one therapist. During a breathwork session, participants will be guided through a series of breathing exercises.
